Is SprintMail the same as Sprint?

No. SprintMail is a print and mail company in El Paso, Texas. Sprint is a wireless carrier. SprintMail prints and mails first-class letters for businesses. For Sprint wireless support, visit sprint.com.

How do I log in to SprintMail?

Go to partner.sprintmail.io and sign in with your partner account. There you can manage orders, API keys, templates and billing.

How do I track my order?

Open tracking.sprintmail.io and enter the order ID or use the tracking link in your order email. The tracking portal shows each letter from print to delivery.

How do I contact SprintMail customer service?

Chat with us live at sprintmail.io/contact during business hours, email info@sprintmail.io, or use the contact form. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM Mountain Time.

Where are the API and MCP documentation?
