What is a print and mail service?

A print and mail service takes a digital document, prints it, puts it in an envelope and hands it to USPS. SprintMail does all three from its own facility, so you do not need a printer, postage or a mailroom. It is also called a direct mail service or a bulk mail service.

Is there a minimum volume?

We work with partners across a range of volumes, from a few hundred pieces a month to millions. Share your estimated monthly volume when you apply and we will tell you if we are a fit.

How long does delivery take?

Once a letter is printed and mailed, USPS First-Class delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Every letter has a status and a tracking link in between.

Can I use my own return address?

Yes. The return address is yours, and white-label options are available for partners who want to offer mail as part of their own product.

Do you offer an API?

Yes. Approved partners can send letters from their software with the print and mail API, or from an AI assistant through the MCP server. Both use the same print and mail operation.

Do you offer Certified Mail?

Not yet. Certified Mail might be coming soon. For now, we add features as our users and partners request them.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is quoted by volume and by the page count of each letter. Tell us your monthly volume when you apply and we will send a quote.
